Man in critical condition after alleged fight in restaurant

A man has been hospitalized following an attack at Miller’s Ale House, according to deputies in Kissimmee. The June 5 report states that a 51-year-old man was hospitalized for the injuries that he suffered after getting into an altercation with another party at a local restaurant in Kissimmee.

During the altercation, the man fell and hit his head, requiring emergency treatment. When deputies arrived at the restaurant, the man was unconscious. He had been punched by the suspect, a 28-year-old man, according to witnesses. They allege that this caused him to fall and hurt himself.

After the altercation, the victim had to be rushed to Osceola Regional Medical Center. He was in critical condition. The suspect was arrested at the scene.
